What are these?

Right of First Refusal (ROFR) — The investment bank gets first dibs on the company's next offering. If the company wants to raise capital again, the bank has the right to be the underwriter before anyone else is considered.
Tail Financing — If the company does a deal with an investor that the bank originally introduced, the bank still receives a fee — even after the engagement has ended. This protects banks from being cut out of deals they helped create.

right_of_first_refusal_present=true — Only show filings with a ROFR provision
tail_financing_payments_present=true — Only show filings with tail financing
bank_name — Filter by investment bank
right_of_first_refusal_duration_min / _max — Filter by ROFR duration in days
right_of_first_refusal_end_date_from / _to — Find ROFRs expiring within a date range
