What is dilution? Dilution happens when a company issues new shares, reducing the ownership percentage of existing shareholders. This is common in small-cap stocks and can significantly impact share price.

Rating fields use "High", "Medium", or "Low" values. Each rating field has a matching _desc field with a human-readable explanation (e.g., offering_ability = "Low", offering_ability_desc = "No Shelf, No ATM, No S-1 Offering").

What the ratings measure:

offering_ability — Does the company have the legal setup (shelf registrations, ATMs, S-1s) to issue new shares?
dilution — How much has the share count already been diluted?
offering_frequency — How often has the company done offerings in the last 2 years?
cash_need — How urgently does the company need to raise cash? Based on quarterly burn rate and estimated cash on hand.
nasdaq_compliance — Is the company at risk of being delisted for failing exchange requirements?
warrant_exercise — How likely are outstanding warrants to be exercised (creating new shares)?
overall_offering_risk — Overall risk of future dilutive offerings.

Cash fields: estimated_cash, cash_burn (quarterly), and cash_remaining_months give you a quick read on the company's runway. total_debt_final shows total debt.

regsho = true means the stock is on the Reg SHO threshold list (high levels of failed-to-deliver shares).
