Agreement types (use the agreement_type parameter to filter):

registration_rights — Investors negotiate the right to have their shares registered for public sale. Includes deadlines and penalties if the company fails to register on time.
equity_restriction — Lock-up or standstill provisions that prevent selling shares for a specified period.
participation_rights — Existing investors get the right to participate in future offerings to maintain their ownership percentage.

Key response fields:

registration_deadline / effective_deadline — Number of days the company has to file/make effective the registration
registration_deadline_date / effective_deadline_date — Calculated calendar dates for those deadlines
penalties — What happens if the company misses the deadline (e.g., "1% per month")
duration_in_days — How long an equity restriction/lock-up lasts
equity_restriction_end_date — The date that any equity issuance restriction ends
participation_percentage — What percentage of future offerings the investor can participate in
